Sean Endicott
Auctioneer
Sean has been a professional auctioneer since graduating from the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering in 1992. He learned early on his career that auctioneering is more than just “talking fast”. Sean believes that dedicating the time and getting to know the client and their needs is one of the key components to deliver an exceptional experience. Sean is always willing to go above and beyond what it takes to ensure a successful event.
Ken Caldwell
Auctioneer
Ken is a 3rd generation auctioneer who has a passion for helping his clients achieve their ultimate success. Working in the fundraising sector for over twenty years Ken has had the opportunity to help raise millions of dollars to help fight cancer, fund youth programs and fund educational programs for private and public schools. Auctioneering for these same charities year after year and watching them grow and expand their reach with the funds raised using his talents is what Kens most proud of.

Michael has conducted hundreds of auction fundraisers and events. Some of his favorite auction participants include Angela Bassett, Melissa Etheridge, Sean Puffy Combs, Jamie Foxx and Larry Bird. Michael has also parlayed his love for auctioneering into small acting roles on "Shameless" Disney's "Walk the Prank" &
"Just Roll with It", and CBS "Man with a Plan" to name a few. When it comes to fundraising, his number one goal is to ensure everyone goes home feeling like a winner.

Michael has two decades of experience in the auction industry. He's genuine, reliable and a real people person who absolutely thrives during benefit auctions. Mike lives in Laguna Niguel, California with his wife, son and daughter. On any given day you can find them enjoying the outdoors as a family. Michael prides himself on working with new clients as well as repeat events year after year.
Wendy Tanghe
Auction Coordinator
Samson is a multilingual auctioneer with 17 years of experience. He is passionate about working hard with our clients to give them the most powerful, exciting results possible. He believes "success is only an auction item away." Samson speaks English, Mandarin, and Cantonese; he helps translate at many of our events!
Wendy is our lead auction coordinator, as well as our social media manager. She has 16 years of auction experience and loves being a part of our client's big success! Wendy enjoys reading, is fluent in American Sign, and is passionate about food allergy awareness.

Bree is a longtime auction coordinator, with 10+ years of charity auction experience. She ensures all of the events run smoothly, while keeping detailed records of live auction and paddle raise events. Bree is an avid cross fitter, health enthusiast, and enjoys cooking and loving on her three fur babies.

We are passionate about raising money for our clients. We have a high energy approach to conducting a live auction. You will have a lead auctioneer working with professional bid spotters. Watching them work is like watching a choreographed show, your guests will be entertained and you'll be raising money at the same time.
Paddle Raise
Fund-a-Need
This could be one of the most important and money generating portions of your evening. We have a very strategic and professional approach to make sure every guest is entertained, and every bid number is captured so that no dollar is left on the table.
Raffle
Raffles are another way to create excitement and generate revenue for your cause. With our many years of experience we have lots of raffle techniques from 'balloon pop', 'sip and sparkle', and the '52 card raffle' and many more. Our team will work closely with you to help create a unique prize experience for your guests.
Bid
Spotters
Professional bid spotters, or ringmen, are another key component to your live auction. Their responsibility is to work closely with your crowd to make them feel comfortable. Ringmen bring an energy to the room that promotes excitement and fun.

Coordinators
Our Auction Coordinators come with a wealth of knowledge and will work with your team to help assist with raffle sales, bid tracking, silent auction closing, or just to help relieve the pressure of the event.
Consultation
We will consult with your fundraising committee and guide you in your decision making process to ensure your event is the best it can be. While attending your meetings we’ll help foster enthusiasm and support for the gala, resulting in focused and motivated volunteers and staff.
